No Yeast Pizza Crust & Homemade Pizza Sauce (Red & White)




Recipe for No Yeast Pizza Dough:

2 1/2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour* (GF All-Purpose 1:1 Ratio)

3 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp kosher salt

3/4 Cup of water (may need extra if dough seems too dry)

1 TBLS Olive Oil or Avocado Oil


NOTE: Use 2 TBL Melted Butter + Herbs for flavoring crust if desired


Directions for Dough:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, powder and salt. Whisk until well combined.

In small bowl, combine water and oil.

Slowly add the water/oil mixture to the dough. DO NOT pour all of the water in at once.

Use a spoon or your hands, mix until the dough is soft, not sticky. Add a little water(1 TBL at a time) if the dough is too dry.

Prepare your surface with flour. Remove the dough ball and sprinkle with flour. Using a roller pin or hands to form a 12 inch circle or 2 mini pizza (6 inches each).

Transfer the pizza to a nonstick/stone pan. Brush the dough with melted butter/herb combination if desired.

Top with sauce choice, toppings and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.


Recipe for Red Pizza Sauce:

1- 14.5 ounce Tomato Sauce

1- 6 ounce Tomato Paste

2 Garlic Cloves, Minced

1 TBLS Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp sugar


In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Heat over medium-high heat until sauce simmers. Remove from heat until use.

Store into a container until use. Sauce can be frozen.


Recipe for White Pizza Sauce:

2 TBL Butter

3 TBL Flour

1 Cup Milk

1/4 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper (white is best)

1 Garlic Clove, Minced

2 TBL Fresh Basil, Minced

1/2 Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, Shredded / Parmesan Cheese


Heat butter in small saucepan. Add flour and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Slowly whisk in the milk, adding gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Use once sauce thickens.
